DreamWell product is Package containing DreamWell Points which can be exchanged with various promo vouchers through DreamWell application to be enjoyed at DreamWell participating partners’ location.
- DreamWell Points Package flexibility in exchanging promo vouchers at each participating partner enables DreamWell users to exchange promo vouchers without the need to determine before arriving at the location of each participating partner (“Redeem-As-You-Go”), which enables travelers to prevent unused vouchers should there be any changes with the itinerary.
- DreamWell Points Package has a long validity period of 1-Year since the purchase date which enables DreamWell users to have a hassle-free travel experience.
DreamWell can be enjoyed and accessed on smartphone application via Netzme – PT Netzme Kreasi Indonesia (download via Google PlayStore & Apple AppStore).

Yes, every DreamWell user must have a Netzme e-wallet account to purchase DreamWell Points Package and enjoy various promo vouchers from DreamWell.
DreamWell Points Package can be purchased without any limitations, DreamWell users are able to purchase DreamWell Points Package up to the users’ preference.
Yes, DreamWell Points Package can be given to other people by entering the recipient’s active mobile number, active e-mail address, and full name stated on ID Card when filling in the information details on the purchase page of DreamWell Points Package.
DreamWell users can purchase DreamWell Points Package via various payment methods as follows:
- Transfer via virtual account
- Bank transfer
- Credit Card (with the logo of Visa, Mastercard, JCB, etc.)
- Debit Card (with the logo of Visa, Mastercard, JCB, etc.)
- QRIS
The redemption period for each promo voucher from every participating partner is listed on each promo voucher.
DreamWell Points Package is non-refundable after the purchase is made by the user.
DreamWell Points Package is non-transferable to another account.
DreamWell Points balance obtained from DreamWell Points Package cannot be used on other categories listed on the Netzme application other than to be exchanged for promo vouchers listed in DreamWell section.
Netzme is DreamWell’s exclusive partner as an e-wallet provider which is approved and licensed by Bank Indonesia to accommodate DreamWell Points balance and facilitate security and comfort for every DreamWell user & participating partner with secured & convenient transactions via QRIS.
