•1. This Voucher Value is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.

•2. The Voucher Value may be redeemed for spa treatments and services available at the time of booking, subject to availability.

•3. Advance reservation is required and all bookings are subject to spa availability.

•4. The Voucher Value is not redeemable for cash, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any other form of credit.

•5. If the value of the selected treatment exceeds the value of the Voucher Value, the difference must be paid by the guest.

•6. The E-Voucher must be presented upon redemption.

•7. Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired Gift Certificates will not be replaced or extended.
