•Note:

•Agents must guarantee the correctness of all reservation data filled in the reservation form at the time of booking.

•Full payment must be made 1 (one) day before 12am prior to date of visit or meal package

•Agent is required to send the proof of payment and payment is accepted if it has been entered into the GAIN account

•After payment is paid off, the AGENT will be given a Booking Code by the reservation

•Booking Code must be shown to the cashier on the day of arrival to get the GWK entrance ticket / meal package

•Cancelation Policy:

•-If the cancellation notification is received less than one (1) day prior to date of tour program after 5pm (Bali Time), a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged which is deducted from the total transaction that have been paid. The remaining payment that deducted from the cancellation fee is non-refundable and will be used as a deposit.

•-If the cancellation notification received on the date of tour program, 100% cancellation fee will be charged which is deducted from the total transaction that have been paid.

•EARLY ARRIVAL AND POSTPONE FIT

•AGENTS must inform GAIN 1 (one) day before visit and before 5pm (Bali Time) if there is a reschedule of visit day.

•If the AGENT not provide information to GAIN regarding a reschedule of visit day (postpone) then it is declared absent / no show.
